Blommer is pleased to introduce Proteos 30™, a line of great tasting coatings that contain 30% protein. Our line includes milky white, tangy yogurt, creamy milk, and rich dark coatings. Through special formulation and processing, we are able to achieve an incredible 30% protein level in the finished coating that tastes amazing. Milk protein isolate is the protein source, which is a complete protein. With no artificial flavors or high intensity sweeteners, it is easy to incorporate these delicious coatings into your application.
